We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days. Any items returned for refund after 14 days but still within 28 days will be issued with a gift card for the value of that garment. 

 

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as a seasonal sale and Christmas/holidays, processing may take longer.

 

Please note that we can exchange for 1) the same items for a different color or size, or 2) a different item of the same price. If a different priced item is desired as an exchange, a separate order will have to be made.
